Jackie Freedman’s fascination with great leadership started early. In her first position, she was responsible for a staff of over 100 and saw firsthand how leadership’s attitudes affected people’s performance and corporate results. Today, Jackie is a leadership expert who equips business owners with the skills and insight they need to successfully navigate growth. She is a consultant, speaker, facilitator and author of the book Updraft: The Aerodynamics of Great Leadership. She has worked with a wide variety of organizations including Merck & Co., Dun & Bradstreet and J.P. Morgan. She earned her Master’s degree in Business from Rutgers Business School and her Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.
